Your vessel is unique - your practice should be too

The Evolution of Your Yoga with Kerry

Although I began practicing yoga back in 2014, it was after my first yoga retreat in 2017 that something clicked and I truly began to realise the transformational power of these ancient practices.

From that moment I sought to make yoga my life and in 2018 I took a huge leap in to the unknown and moved to Thailand to manage a thriving yoga retreat centre.

I’ve been facilitating international yoga retreats since then and have trained with a range of highly experienced teachers in various modalities.

A qualified hatha yoga 200Hr certified instructor, I’ve been teaching yoga classes in renowned retreat centres and yoga studios in Thailand and Scotland since 2019.

I see yoga as a deeply personal practice which, therefore, requires a customised approach for each practitioner. I understand that each of my students is an individual and focus on helping them understand their unique needs; physical, emotional and energetic.

My classes weave a blend of asana (physical postures), pranayama (yogic breathing), sound and meditation.

I practiced with Kerry on multiple occasions whilst in Thailand and found her to be an excellent teacher. Her classes are well planned, varied and fun and she is very good at catering for multi level classes, balancing hands-on support for newer yogis with challenging options for more experience students. I would highly recommend to anyone and hope to be able to practice with her again soon!

Kerry shares insight in to her practice and tips on how to find your yoga practice.
