New Yoga Class in Glasgow

Updated: Feb 8, 2023

I'm delighted to be sharing a new weekly class at the lovely Finn’s Place in Battlefield, Glasgow.

Join me every Thursday at 6pm for this gentle, vinyasa inspired yoga class suitable for all levels - complete beginners are very welcome!

Did I mention they have heated floors?! Join me in this cosy and welcoming community space - together we'll move, stretch, breathe and relax in to the year ahead.

Mindful flow is a gentle, vinyasa based yoga class where you'll learn to harness the the power of your breath and develop resources to regulate your nervous system. You'll gently stretch and strengthen your body and learn tools to help invite more ease into your daily life.

This class is suitable for all levels - beginners and self-professed 'inflexible' people are very welcome to come along!

Finn's Place is a charity which means we are able to keep costs low. Classes are £7 per person, or £5 for concessions which can be paid at the venue.

Finns Place 167 Ledard Rd, Glasgow G42 9QU

"I have some problems with upper back and Kerry taught me some new stretches and also new ways of getting in poses. Kerry is such a lovely person and easy to talk to, which is helpful when learning new ways of doing things. Definitely recommend her classes to everyone" - Sanna

"Very healing and restorative class. Peaceful, calming and easy going with great results." - Stephen

"This class really made me feel energised, I felt a lot of tension before the class and afterwards I felt revived and relaxed. Kerry’s class is the perfect combination of strength, stretching and balance. I am looking forward to more classes with her." - Pia

"Although there was a mix of abilities among the participants (with me being at the extreme end of novice), I did not feel intimidated. The atmosphere created by the yoga instructor Kerry was inclusive and non-judgmental. Just what a beginner needs. She taught/instructed participants at their own level, and the those with years of yoga practice under their belt were just as included." - Katherine

If Thursday's don't work, I'll also be hosting a Tuesday evening class throughout February at Hope Studio Yoga. Perfect way to unwind after a hard day's work in the city! You can find details of the class via this link.
