New Yoga Class in Glasgow

I'm delighted to be sharing a new weekly class at the lovely Finn’s Place in Battlefield, Glasgow.
Join me every Thursday at 6pm for this gentle, vinyasa inspired yoga class suitable for all levels - complete beginners are very welcome!
Did I mention they have heated floors?! Join me in this cosy and welcoming community space - together we'll move, stretch, breathe and relax in to the year ahead.
Mindful flow is a gentle, vinyasa based yoga class where you'll learn to harness the the power of your breath and develop resources to regulate your nervous system. You'll gently stretch and strengthen your body and learn tools to help invite more ease into your daily life.
This class is suitable for all levels - beginners and self-professed 'inflexible' people are very welcome to come along!

Finn's Place is a charity which means we are able to keep costs low. Classes are £7 per person, or £5 for concessions which can be paid at the venue.

Yoga Mat - We recommend you bring your own yoga mat to practice, however there are mats a the venue which can be used if required.
Water Bottle - you can refill your water
Wear whatever clothes you are comfortable moving in for class
Bring anything you might like to keep you cosy and comfy during relaxation e.g. jumper, socks, scarf or blanket.
