Yin Yoga in February

I'm delighted to share I'll be covering Yin Yoga classes at the lovely Hope Studio Yoga every Tuesday throughout February!
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin yoga is gentle, slow and introspective. We'll move mindfully and with care in to supported postures which will be held longer than in a vinyasa class. Taking our time to settle in to the postures, we'll witness how the power of the breath and gravity can move us in these seemingly static postures.
Yin yoga is very accessible for beginners and doesn't require a high level of fitness. We'll be supported by props and will prioritise comfort, utilising blankets, pillows and eye masks.
Class Details
Classes will take place every Tuesday from 5.45pm - 6.45pm.

Hope Studio Yoga, 3rd Floor, Central Chambers, 93 Hope Street, Glasgow, G2 6LD (just across from central station - go to 3rd floor, turn left and you'll see the sign for Hope Studio!)
The studio has mats and props available for you to use. Just bring yourself and warm, comfortable clothing
