About the event
Join Kerry for a mindful yoga flow, every Tuesday at 7.30pm at The Wellbeing Centre in Muirend, Glasgow Southside.
Mindful flow is a gentle, vinyasa based yoga class where you'll learn to harness the the power of your breath and develop resources to regulate your nervous system. You'll gently stretch and strengthen your body and learn tools to help invite more ease into your daily life.
This class is suitable for all levels - beginners and self-professed 'inflexible' people are very welcome to come along!
Join us in the beautiful setting of The Wellbeing Centre where you can unwind and enjoy the soothing energy of this welcoming community space.

- Yoga Mat - We recommend you bring your own yoga mat to practice, however there are mats a the venue which can be used if required.
- Water Bottle - you can refill your water
- Wear whatever clothes you are comfortable moving in for class
- Bring anything you might like to keep you cosy and comfy during relaxation e.g. jumper, socks, scarf or blanket.
