The Venue

Old Kilmun House is the perfect retreat venue located in glorious Scottish countryside. This stunning, characterful home is surrounded by 1.4 acres of lush gardens, complete with it’s own waterfall and meandering burn in the garden.

Accessible from Glasgow & Edinburgh yet surrounded by beautiful nature, we'll share yoga practices in the custom built heated yurt. We’ll have plenty of free time to enjoy walks in nature and make the most of the private hot tub!

The house backs onto the National Park so you can walk straight from the house the magnificent Pucks Glen where the swimmers among us may like to enjoy a refreshing dip!

The living room and dining room both boast a cosy, open fire and there is a separate living space and games room to retreat to also.

The house has 7 bedrooms (2 private doubles, 3 x twin rooms and 2 x triple rooms) with 3 bathrooms to share between the guests. You can choose your preferred room option on booking.

Kerry will guide you through an accessible yoga practice to help you ease any aches and pains and allow energy to flow with ease. You'll gently open the body in order to receive the revitalising energy of nature around us.

Pranayama is the yogic art of breathing. In this weekend retreat you'll be introduced to yogic breathing practices to help energise and soothe, giving you the power to self-regulate your nervous system.

Our retreat is nestled in stunning Scottish countryside and adjacent to the National Park. There'll be plenty of time to soak in the beauty and you can dip your toes (or more!) in the refreshing waters of Pucks Glen.

Client Testimonials

"I feel so nourished, so healed and so loved with everything that you've done for us.
I will continue to fill up on joy and take all I've learned this week in to my future."

Retreat Guest 2023

Hi, I'm Kerry

My passion is facilitating retreat experiences that help you feel good in your body, mind and soul.

My first yoga retreat changed my life, and from that moment I knew I needed to bring the magic of retreats to as many people as possible. I managed a yoga retreat centre in Thailand for 3 years before moving back to the homeland to share the healing power of yoga retreats in bonnie Scotland.
