Back to the Breath
13th - 15th September
A weekend retreat to help you reconnect to your body, breath and true nature.
Gift yourself the time and space to slow down, switch off from the outside world and focus on yourself.

This weekend retreat has been carefully curated to help you feel more ease and empowerment within your body and mind. With a blend of self care activities and plenty of time to relax and unwind, this weekend retreat will be a tonic to your nervous system.
There will be plenty of time to get out in nature and explore the glorious green landscape around. With our cosy retreat nestled on the national park, we can explore magical forests, bathe in the waterfalls at puck's glen or go for a swim in nearby loch's.

Our luxurious retreat venue comes complete with our own private hot tub and sauna, a range of accommodation options, wood burning fire and luscious gardens.

Are you looking for an opportunity to show yourself some love? Join me in Dunoon from the 13th September for the perfect opportunity for you to relax, restore and fill up your cup.
The Venue
Old Kilmun House is the perfect retreat venue located in glorious Scottish countryside. This stunning, characterful home is surrounded by 1.4 acres of lush gardens, complete with it’s own waterfall and meandering burn in the garden.

Accessible from Glasgow & Edinburgh yet surrounded by beautiful nature, we'll share yoga practices in the custom built heated yurt. We’ll have plenty of free time to enjoy walks in nature and make the most of the private hot tub!

The house backs onto the National Park so you can walk straight from the house the magnificent Pucks Glen where the swimmers among us may like to enjoy a refreshing dip!
The living room and dining room both boast a cosy, open fire and there is a separate living space and games room to retreat to also.
The house has 7 bedrooms (2 private doubles, 3 x twin rooms and 2 x triple rooms) with 3 bathrooms to share between the guests. You can choose your preferred room option on booking.

Client Testimonials
Hi, I'm Kerry
My passion is facilitating retreat experiences that help you feel good in your body, mind and soul.
My first yoga retreat changed my life, and from that moment I knew I needed to bring the magic of retreats to as many people as possible. I managed a yoga retreat centre in Thailand for 3 years before moving back to the homeland to share the healing power of yoga retreats in bonnie Scotland.
Accessible yoga for every body
I always encourage you to listen to the language of your own body and honour what it needs, rather than contort yourself in to a specific posture.
I'll gently guide you through a blend of asana (physical postures), pranayama (yogic breathing), sound and meditation, to help you feel more deeply connected to self & source.
I will always provide variations for those of different abilities and beginners are very welcome!

FAQs
Q. Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Most of our retreat guests are coming solo - this is an opportunity to focus on yourself. There will be plenty of sharing circles and opportunities to connect during the retreat, however we also encourage you to take as much time as you need alone to process the experience. If you choose a bed in one of our twin or triple rooms, it will be sharing with other guests of the same sex. You can also opt for the Private Double room option if you'd prefer a little more privacy.
Q. Do I need to be good at yoga?
No. Kerry will tailor the yoga classes to the needs of the group, ensuring there are variations provided for all bodies and levels of yogi. There are plenty of props and guidance to support beginners, but will make sure more experienced yogis are challenged too. Our morning classes will be more dynamic, where as the afternoon sessions are much more gentle and meditative. You are invited to rest whenever you need to and listen to your own body.
Q. What's Included in the cost?
Your choice of accommodation for 2 nights, all yoga classes, meals and workshops are included in the cost. You may choose to add an additional nights bed and breakfast for an additional cost – just get in touch with me after booking to arrange this. We’ll enjoy a hearty brunch and early dinner each day, and there will be plenty of fruit, snacks and tea and coffee available for you at any time. You are responsible for arranging transport to/from the retreat. We can put you in touch with other retreat goers in case anyone wants to arrange car share.
Q. How do I get there?
Q. Can you cater for dietary requirements?
We will endeavour to cater to your dietary requirements if possible, provided we are made aware with at least 2 weeks notice. This will allow our chef to prepare the meal plan that will be suitable for all guests. If you have a specific requirement or allergy, please reach out and we can check in with our chef before you book.
Q. Do I need to take part in every activity?
No, of course not! This is your retreat and your precious time to focus on yourself. I have carefully scheduled the retreat to include plenty of time to rest (and enjoy the hot tub), but if you need a little extra you won’t be challenged on that! I always encourage you to listen to your body and take things at your own pace.
Q. Are there payment plans available?
Yes, we can set up a payment plan to help lighten the load. I don't want anyone to feel this weekend is beyond their reach so please send me an email if finances are an issue and we can discuss how to make this possible. Contact me on youryogawithkerry@gmail.com
